ANZAC day today, which beyond the actual remembrance for those who fought in the war means we all get the day off work.
So started the day with a run round our local park/reserve, as I haven't done much running for a while and discovered that I am in sore need of a more regular schedule to get back into my pre-40 fitness state!
A pleasant day after that doing a few useful things around the house and enjoying the unexpected hotter weather again as it hit around 29 degrees, although Janice was less than impressed as she is definitely "over" the hot weather. Especially with her internal hot water bottle in full swing right now.
And following my orders as the pregnancy "partner' I encouraged her to get out with me in the afternoon for a walk around
lake monger as we hadn't been there for a while. And a very pleasant afternoon wander it was being treated to some perfect photographic late afternoon light.
