This post is about a week late, due to my unplanned work trip out to Singapore (another post in a few days, once I've sorted the photos out).
But had great time with Dad and Norma out for their first trip to Perth and to be here for my 40th... (
see previous post).
We visited the local sites, including seeing the Sculptures in Cottesloe as the timing worked out very well.

My favourite for this year |
Also, cruising round Freo, Hillarys and the west coast beaches was very pleasant as the weather had dropped to around 30 with some light breeze, much better than the sticking 35-40 we had been having.

A lazy afternoon at Hillarys

Obviously in Australia with a boxing Kangaroo!
|
Then a break down in the Margaret river area with our base being just outside of Dunsborough, which turned out to be a good change from where we had stayed previously.

Two good looking guys or what |
Between us we got A LOT of photos, but with me being so slack at putting this post up Dad has already added a good selection of them up to his Picasa albums, so I'll
send you there for a change.
